Eva and Charles Crouch in the 'Fortune' photo. Information on this photo indicates that Eva is 23 and Charles is 28, so this dates the photo at about 1894.
Also of note here is that the address of the photo studio is in downtown Los Angeles. A drive by of this site in 2007 revealed that the studio is of course no longer there.

The back of the photo shows two different handwritings. 'Age 23 and 28' and 'Eva and Charles Crouch'. Author unknown.
